Help us see
the whole move.
A clear inventory helps us plan the crew, equipment, and selected services around your belongings.
Start with each room
Take wide-angle photos that show the furniture and packed or unpacked contents. Include closets, the garage, outdoor areas, and items at any additional stop. Tell us what is staying behind.
Show the larger pieces
Photograph large furniture and anything fragile, unusually heavy, valuable, or difficult to move. Include measurements, known weight, and assembly needs when available. Let us know if an item requires special attention.
Show the route to the truck
Include stairs, tight doorways, elevators, gates, and the path from the property to the loading area. Tell us about parking restrictions or a long carry.
Tell us what help you want
Identify rooms or items that need packing, unpacking, disassembly, or assembly. Separate moving items from items you want removed so each task can be reviewed.
Keep the plan current
Send updates if you add furniture, boxes, stops, or services. For California household moves, we arrange the required visual inspection before the written estimate; inventory photos support our planning process.
