Each package page lists its moving support, equipment, and protection features. We confirm the loading, unloading, placement, and other work for your project in writing.
Ask about packing, unpacking, assembly, specialty handling, or removal of agreed items. These tasks are included only when specified in your estimate.
Your estimate identifies the crew, labor, truck and travel arrangements, access requirements, materials, selected protection, and applicable charges.
Starting labor windows are not a promise that the entire move will fit within that time. Inventory, access, travel, and selected services shape your estimate. Use the property-size guide to plan the full scope.

The guide estimates the labor for the selected task. A package's starting time may cover only part of that work. For example, a two-bedroom apartment may need 4–5 hours for loading and unloading, even when the package starts with a shorter window.
Package suggestions are flexible. You can choose a higher level of service for any home size. Your custom estimate confirms the crew, time, travel, packing, and other requested services.
If Fast Track Movers fails to provide a service specifically included in your approved agreement because of an error within our control, we'll work to make it right.
If the problem cannot be corrected, an appropriate adjustment or refund may be provided where legally permitted.
