Two‑Day Service Terms
- Standard Timeline
- Day 1 – Packing: Our crew packs and stages all items for transport.
- Day 2 – Moving: We load, drive, unload, and place your belongings.
- Long‑Distance Moves (100 mi +)
- We pack and load the truck the day before departure.
- Departure is scheduled for early the next morning to ensure timely delivery.
- Client Readiness
- Ensure access, parking, and any required building approvals are secured prior to crew arrival on both days.
Fuel & Travel Fee Policy
We believe in upfront pricing—with zero surprises.
Local Moves (Fresno & Clovis Area)
- A flat $90/hour round-trip fuel and travel fee applies to local moves.
- You’re never charged for time in transit between locations.
- Time stops when loading is complete.
- Time resumes only when we arrive at your new home.
- We’ve already factored in distance and travel time, so there’s no guesswork or extra charges.
Long-Distance Moves (100+ Miles One-Way)
- Any move with a one-way distance of 100 miles or more is considered long-distance.
- A $2.00 per mile round-trip fee is applied to cover fuel, time, and crew travel.
- This charge is calculated and included in your upfront estimate.
