We back every move with our Fast Track Movers Guarantee.

  • On-Time Guarantee: If we arrive late, you get money back (up to $100 depending on service tier).
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not happy with how our team handles your move, we refund a portion of your labor charges (up to 30%).
  • Damage Protection: If something is damaged due to our negligence, we repair, replace, or refund (coverage depends on service tier).

Important: To qualify, customers must complete the Moving Request Form AND submit photos of their inventory before the move date. This allows us to properly prepare and serve you. Without these two steps, the guarantee does not apply.

Fast Track Movers Guarantee — Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
  • To qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, customers must:
    a) Submit a completed
    Moving Request Form.
    b) Provide
    photos of their inventory prior to the scheduled move.
  • Failure to complete both steps disqualifies the customer from guarantee coverage.
  1. Scope of Guarantee
  • Applies to labor charges only. Excludes fuel, truck rental, packing materials, third-party services, and additional fees.
  1. Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Refunds are capped at:
  • Basic: 15% of labor charges
  • Premium: 25% of labor charges
  • White Glove: 30% of labor charges
  • Dissatisfaction must be reported before the crew leaves the job site and documented in writing within 24 hours.
  1. On-Time Guarantee
  • If the crew arrives more than 60 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival window, customer qualifies for compensation ($25 Basic, $50 Premium, $100 White Glove).
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or customer-related factors (e.g., gate codes, access issues) are excluded.
  1. Damage Protection
  • Basic: Standard liability only ($0.60/lb per item).
  • Premium: Up to $1,000 coverage.
  • White Glove: Up to $5,000 coverage.
  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of the move.
  1. Exclusions
  • Acts of God, unsafe or prohibited items, customer-packed boxes, or items over 250 lbs not disclosed prior to booking.
